I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
All returns and exchanges must be approved first.
I don’t accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale

I want you to be happy with your purchase, but that may not happen due to weird camera shots, lighting, etc. I am reasonable. So if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange it within 15 days of receiving the item(s). If the item(s) are damaged in shipping to you, the item(s) must be sent back (you must pay the shipping to me) however, you will get a credit for 100% of the item toward the purchase of one other item. If the item is damaged in shipping back to me, and you did choose to add the insurance then you will get a credit for the full value of the item (sorry you will still need to ship it back). I will make the claim to the post office. If it is damaged in the return to me, and you did not opt for insurance, then you will get a credit for 50% of the item total. This really only is an issue with the High Grade and Gem Grade stones.

Please talk with me prior to purchase to make other arrangements, I am totally flexible, and will make exceptions to the rules most of the time. I accept returns if you are not happy with your items, but you must tell me within 7 days of receiving the item(s). Please note that your refund and/or exchange must be approved first.
